However, if for some reasons they are not, kindly read the guidelines below on how you can settle a return or a refund from us.
Our policy normally lasts for 30 days except for Watches (90-day warranty replacement). If 30 days have gone by since your item has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
