If for any reasons, your order did not arrive within 7 – 30 business days from the purchase date due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will resolve your issue right away.
Our global agreements with DHL, UPS and FedEx put us in a great position to offer a free trackable shipping worldwide and each package is estimated to arrive between 8 – 17 business days after your order is shipped. The time taken is usually shorter, but we do not have control over customs, and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Please take note that we are a Made-To-Ordercompany and we only make them upon ordering.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We stand in great pride with our products that is why we are confident that each of them are of superior qualities, can exceed your expectations and have competitive prices that we know you will love. However, if for some reasons they are not, kindly read the guidelines below on how you can settle a return or a refund from us.
Our policy normally lasts for 30 days except for Watches (90-day warranty replacement). If 30 days have gone by since your item has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Send us images of the product showing its defect or non-compliant to what you have requested. Images can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
- Fill up the form in Return Center.
To assure your refund, please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: email@example.com
