Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin the production on the personalized items, so we do not accept any modifications or returns for any personalized charm(s), unless the picture’s appearance is different from the photo you provided to GetSetStyleMetro as stated in our 30-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy section.
Products have been exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of your GetSetStyleMetro product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest.
Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
Our store operates worldwide and you can enjoy expedited shipping with tracking via UPS, DHL & FedEx. Packages are being shipped via air transports and do not pass Customs anymore with these private companies. Expect a very fast delivery of your orders!
